There is a New Paradigm Developing…
Good day everyone and welcome to all of our new members,
First, we had a mixed week last week issuing two reports one NASDAQ and one OTC. Our NASDAQ report was an update on a previous winner. the NASDAQ traded flat to marginally red during our coverage Tuesday and Wednesday. The OTC company had a nice steady rise in the PPS over our two day coverage to finish up by more than (+28%). If you are just joining our group keep in mind it is rare that we cover two stocks in one week. It is also very rare that we cover stocks on the OTC exchange.
These are interesting times. So much has happened in the past year and disruptive forces remain a part of our lives. Maybe you, like us, hear friends and family remark “I can’t wait until things get back to normal.” In a large part, we will return to doing the things we did before the pandemic, going to movies, restaurants, school, and other human social interactions.
But make no mistake, normal has changed and so has humanity. The changes may be subtle and not apparent right now, but they have entered our lives permanently. We just finished with a virtual presidential election, we are watching sporting events with few to no fans attending, schools are teaching without classrooms, and we like getting food delivered to our door. And thank goodness for Amazon.
Most of those changes were the result of us adapting to a harsh situation and will likely diminish as the pandemic winds down to an endemic level. There are some changes that will remain. We have learned new ways to make things happen and industry has learned new ways to interact with customers. Some of the lessons learned in commerce have resulted in new methods that are more effective and cheaper.
Some changes are obvious. We now want home delivery of… everything. Some of the changes to the way we do things over the past are subtle. Many new ways of conducting commerce, inspired by the pandemic, won’t become obvious until they are commercialized.
Smart companies are already looking at this exact scenario developing a new paradigm within their market sectors. We don’t know exactly what “back to normal” will be, but we are excited to see what the future of commerce may look like post pandemic.
We are looking at a few tech companies that may play a role in our new normal. We believe there are new opportunities developing, waiting to be found. There is a couple of exciting biotech’s that we are watching right now as well.
We plan to have a new report on one of these out to you Tuesday morning 2-23-21 at market open.
Stay tuned and stay informed. We have an exciting few week’s ahead of us.
