We would not typically issue another report so soon after a big report like the last. However, the timing looks ideal for a potential squeeze.
Good day everyone,
The stock market indices remain strong, although the NASDAQ has retreated slightly over the past couple days. We continue with our look forward toward a robust economy and a strong stock market.
The stimulus plans coming from the Biden Administration, if implemented, could put a lot of money into the American economy:
The American Rescue Plan, passed in March, is pumping $1.9T into the economy, including the recent $1400 stimulus checks.
The proposed American Jobs Plan (infrastructure) could put $2T in the hands of businesses and workers.
The Executive order mandating $15/hour for workers at federal contractors could be followed by other employers competing for labor.
The proposed American Families Plan may see families getting $1T in benefits.
Whether you agree with the Biden policies or not, the result could be a lot of money pumped into the American economy, probably accompanied by a lot of consumer spending.
We are working on a report, updating coverage on a company we reported on in 2020. This company has progressed significantly since then, but the share price looks like it may not have kept pace with their level of development. There is a large short position in the securities.
The company is working toward penetrating a $4 billion market with solid products. The potential for a rise in the company’s value seems inevitable and we believe that gain may be coming near term.
There are some aspects we really like at this company such as a modest share structure and good trading volume. This company has patents covering all its technology, making the shares look even more attractive.
This company operates in a sector dominated by large cap companies that have grown mainly through acquisition, and yes, the small cap company we are going to report on could be an acquisition target due to an interesting business model.
Together we are strong.
Stay tuned and stay informed.
